Shipping + Delivery Policy

General Information

Shipping a Krön product depends on a number of variables, including the temperature, time of year and location. At Krön we take great care to make sure each and every order is packed and shipped so that it will arrive as intended. It may be necessary to ship your order using UPS’s two day or overnight service to insure that your order arrives as intended. We will contact you within 24 hours from the time you place your order with any additional shipping charges.

Our shipping department monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered to in order ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition.

We are not able to control nor be responsible for all the variables that occur in the delivery process once UPS has taken possession of the order. Delays, equipment failure and other unexpected problems are beyond our control.

An order placed with Next Day Delivery before 4 PM will be sent out for delivery the next day. If placed after 4pm by Next Day Air, the order will be sent out for delivery on the second business day.
